Dear Panda Families,

As we continue to grow and learn together this year, our team has taken time to reflect on what truly guides us in our work with your children. At the heart of our work is a shared promise — one that speaks to the kind of community we strive to create every single day.

We know that children thrive when they feel safe, supported, and celebrated for who they are—and when families feel just as welcome and valued in our community.

As winter break approaches, we extend our warmest wishes for a joyful, safe, and restful holiday. This is a precious time to slow down, create lasting memories, and enjoy the simple pleasure of being together.
